Ingredients
Whole grain cereal – 3 cup, toasted
Coconut – 1 cup, shredded or flaked
Almond – 1 cup
Butter – soften
Honey – 1/3 cup
Brown sugar - ¼ cup |
Method
First heat the oven at 350°.
Brush the pan with butter, pour in honey and sugar. Bring to boil at
medium heat, stir occasionally and remove heat.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, spread in pan until well coated.
Bake 10 minutes and stir frequently.
Leave it to cool for an hour then store in airtight container.
