Ingredients

 

wholegrain English muffins - 1

pineapple - 2 tbsp, chopped

sultanas - 1 tbsp

low-fat cottage cheese - 1/2 cup

 

Method

 

Mix pineapple, sultanas and cheese in a bowl.

Slice the muffins in half and toast both sides.

Spread the fruits mixture and serve.
