Ingredients

 

russet potatoes - 8, large, peeled

butter - 4 tbsp

salt - 1 tbsp

ground black pepper - 1 tsp

 

Method

 

Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes. Let cool in fridge overnight.

The next day, shred the potatoes, heat butter in a pan, and cook the potatoes.

Season with pepper and salt. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serves 8.
