Ingredients

 

low-fat milk - 1/4 cup

whole meal self-raising flour - 2 tbsp

white self-raising flour - 2 tbsp

buttermilk - 2 tbsp

sugar - 1 tsp

 

Method

 

Combine all flours and sugar in a jug, add buttermilk, milk and stir well.

Heat a pan over medium heat, pour in half of the mixture into the pan.

Spread the mixture by tilt the pan gently.

Cook 1 1/2 - 2 minutes until lots of bubbles appear on the surface.

Turn the pancake to other side and cook for 1 minute.

Place the cooked pancake on a plate and continue the same step on the remaining mixture.

Serve with some fresh fruits, add some honey or a dollop of low-fat yogurt. Serve hot.
