Oat Waffles with Corn Recipe

Ingredients

 

rolled oats - 1 1/2 cup

honey - 1 tbsp

wholegrain cornmeal - 3/4 cup

water - 2 cup

salt - to taste

Method

 

Preheat waffles iron on medium heat setting.

Whiz the cornmeal, oats, water, honey and salt in blender until smooth.

Pour 1 cup of batter into preheated, oiled waffles iron.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not open/peek before it cooked. Serves 2.
