Method
Preheat waffles iron on medium heat setting. Whiz the cornmeal, oats, water, honey and salt in blender until smooth. Pour 1 cup of batter into preheated, oiled waffles iron. Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not open/peek before it cooked. Serves 2.
