Oatmeal Pancake with Chocolate Chip Recipe

Ingredients

 

rolled oats - 3/4 cup

soy milk - 1 1/2 cup

pastry flour - 3/4 cup

baking powder - 2 tsp

baking soda - 1/2 tsp

vegan carob chips - 1/4 cup

ground flex seeds - 1/4 cup

salt - 1/2 tsp

Method

 

Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat.

Mix pastry flour, baking soda, baking powder, rolled oats, chocolate chip, flax seeds, and salt.

Gradually blend in soy milk.

Pour batter onto the griddle (1/4 cup at a time), and cook 1-2 minutes until it bubbly.

Flip it, and cook until it turn lightly browned. Serves 6.

 

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes
