Ingredients


Apple – 2, diced
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
White enriched flour – 1 cup
Milk - 1¾ cup
Sugar and salt – to taste

Method


First, mix all dry ingredients together. Then, add in the milk and mix well. Pour in the diced apples and mix together. Bake in a  hot greased baking tray.
