Ingredients
White bread – 4 slices
Milk – 1/3 cup
Corn flakes - ½ cup, crushed
Butter – 3 tbsp
Egg – 1
Cinnamon - ¼ tsp
Flaked coconut - ½ cup
Sugar -2 tsp
Method
Beat the egg gently together with cinnamon, sugar and milk.
Mix the corn flakes and coconut together.
Heat the butter on a pan, dip the bread in the egg mixture, then in
the crushed corn flakes mixture.
Fry the bread until both sides turn light golden.
Serve with syrup.
