Ingredients
Potatoes – 1 pound, prefer use red potatoes
Salt and black pepper – to taste
Lemon juice - ¼ cup
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Method
Wash and halve the potatoes. Then place the potatoes on a ovenproof
dish.
Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice and pour over the
potatoes.
Roast the potatoes over 350°F for 30-40 minutes until it is tender,
turning 3-4 times to baste. Serves 4.
