Chicken and Mango in Tartlettes Recipe

Ingredients

 

mini filo pastry shells - 8, ready-made

black pepper chicken breast - 1 slice

mango chutney - 2 tbsp

smoked chicken ham - 2 slices

chervil leaf

 

Method

 

Dice chicken breast and ham, then mix well with mango chutney.

Spoon the mixture into the pastry shells, garnish with chervil leaf. Makes 8.
