Trim the Brussels sprouts, shred
them finely.

Heat the oil, add the sprouts and
spring onions, stir-fry for few minutes, without allowing the
mixture to brown.

Stir in the five-spice powder and
soy sauce, stir for 3 minutes and cook until just tender. Serve
hot with other dishes. Serves 4.
