Home-Made Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

 

tomato paste - 3 tbsp

mushrooms - 100g, sliced

onion - 1, small, chopped

garlic - 1, crushed

tomato - 1, small, chopped

turkey or lean ham - 2 slices, cut into thin strips

parsley - 2 tbsp, chopped

pine nuts - 2 tbsp, chopped

chives - 2 tbsp, chopped

green capsicum - 1/2, medium, sliced

Lebanese flat breads - 2, large

cheddar cheese - 60g, grated

parmesan cheese - 1 tbsp, grated

 

Method

 

Preheat oven to 180˚C, line 2 oven trays with foil.

Mix parsley, pine nut, chives, tomato paste, garlic, and parmesan cheese in a bowl and stir well.

Spread the mixture over the flat breads.

Arrange evenly the remaining ingredients on top of the bread, spread cheese on top of the ingredients.

Bake the pizza for 20 minutes until the cheese melted and the base is crisp.

Cut the pizza into wedges and serve. Makes 2.
