Ingredients
Honey – 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Ground ginger – 1 tsp
Pasta – 16 oz, prefer use seashell shape
Soy sauce – 4 tbsp
Peanut butter - ¾ cup
Method
Cook the pasta until it soft, then drain and rinse the pasta under
cold water.
Mix the pasta with oil and toss well.
Mix all remaining ingredients into the pasta, stir well until it
smooth.
Add in the peanut to the pasta, mix well and keep cool until it
ready to serve.
