Ingredients
Macaroni – for 2 person, prefer seashell shapes
Salmon – cooked
Onion – 1, chopped
Garlic – 1, chopped
Broccoli – 1 stack, chopped
Almond – 6, sliced
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 1 cup
sour cream – 1 cup
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Artichoke hearts – chopped
Celery salt – 1 tsp
Horseradish - ½ tsp
Method
Boil the macaroni, add in the broccoli before the macaroni is almost
done, then drain it.
Add in all ingredients into the macaroni and mix well.
Leave it overnight in the fridge for it flavors to blend well.
Before serve, garnish with almond, parsley and paprika.
