Onion and Garlic Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

 

parpadelle (broad pasta) - 500g

cherry tomatoes - 4, cut into wedges

onion and garlic tomato sauce - 1 jar/can

black olives - 4

green olives - 4

onion marmalade - 1 tbsp

black pepper - to taste

parsley

 

Method

 

Boil a pot of water and blanch parpadelle for 3-4 minutes.

Heat tomato sauce in another pot, add olives, cherry tomatoes, and onion marmalade.

Bring to boil and reduce heat.

Add parpadelle to the sauce and toss well for 2 minutes.

Before serving, garnish with parsley and sprinkle with black pepper. Serves 3-4.
