Ingredients
Celery – 1, stalk and leaves
Soybeans
Onions- chopped
Salt –to taste
Method
Before making this dish, soak the beans overnight.
Place the beans in a pot with chopped onions, celery and salt.
Cook over low heat for 3-4 hours and drain well.
Spread the beans on a greased cookie sheet, and roast for 4-8 hours
at 200°.
