Ingredients
Spinach leaves – 10 leaves
Prawns - ½ cup, cooked
Cucumber – 1, sliced
Salt and sugar – to taste
Soy sauce – to taste
Rice vinegar - ¼ cup
Method
Wash the spinach, remove stems and steam for 5 minutes. Leave aside
to chill.
Mix the cucumber and prawns in a bowl.
Mix the sugar, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. Pour over the prawns
and chill for an hour.
Before serving, stir in the spinach into the prawns. Serve 6.
