Stir-fry Asian Noodle Recipe

Ingredients

 

spring onion - 1, chopped

cherry tomatoes - 4, cut into quarter

carrot - 1/4 cup, grated

snow peas - 4, cut into pieces

ginger - 1/4 cup, grated

soy sauce - 1 tsp

oil - 1/4 tsp

dried Asian noodles - 35g

 

Method

 

Cook the noodles until tender.

Heat oil in pan, stir-fry ginger, spring onion and carrot for 2 minutes.

Add in cherry tomatoes and snow peas, stir-fry for 1 minute.

Drain the noodles, pour into the pan with soy sauce.

Stir-fry until all the ingredients are well combined.

Serve the noodle on a dish.

Total cooking time: 5 minutes
