Turkey Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

 

turkey breast/skinless turkey - cooked, chopped

paprika

tomato paste - 1 tbsp

spring onion - 1, chopped

cherry tomatoes - 2, sliced

small wholemeal pitta bread - 1

low-fat cheddar cheese - 2 tbsp, grated

dried oregano

 

Method

 

Preheat the oven to 180˚C.

Spread the tomato paste over the bread, then add turkey, tomato, and onion.

Spread the grated cheese on top of the onion.

Lightly sprinkle a little paprika and oregano over the cheese.

Cook the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.

 

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Total cooking time: 15 minutes
