Cheese Potatoes Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

 

potatoes - 3, medium

Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated

olive oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp

green and red bell pepper - 1 for each

 

Method

 

Cut potatoes into wedges, coat with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Sprinkle with grated cheese, toss well and roast 15 minutes.

Cut the pepper into strips, seed removed.

Toss with 1 tsp olive oil in a bowl and roast together with the potatoes for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve when the potatoes and pepper are tender. Serve hot. Makes 4.
