Ingredients

Chinese greens - 500g

plum sauce - 2 tbsp

peanut oil - 2 tbsp
Method

Clean the Chinese greens with cold
water, trim it, removing any discolored leaves and damaged
stems. Tear the leaves into pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok, add the
Chinese greens and stir-fry for few minutes until the greens
have wilted a little.

Add the plum sauce and keep
stir-fry for few seconds more until the greens are cooked but
still slightly crisp. Serve hot. Serves 4.
