Chinese Greens with Soy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chinese greens - 500g

  • plum sauce - 2 tbsp

  • peanut oil - 2 tbsp

Method

  • Clean the Chinese greens with cold water, trim it, removing any discolored leaves and damaged stems. Tear the leaves into pieces.

  • Heat the oil in a wok, add the Chinese greens and stir-fry for few minutes until the greens have wilted a little.

  • Add the plum sauce and keep stir-fry for few seconds more until the greens are cooked but still slightly crisp. Serve hot. Serves 4.
