Easy Rice Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 

cooked brown rice - 1 cup

chives - 2 tsp, chopped

cooking oil - 1 tsp

lean ham - 1 slice

white wine vinegar - 3 tsp

spring onion - 1, chopped

carrot - 1, grated

cooked peas - 1/3 cup

whole meal pitta - 1

 

Method

 

Mix the rice, carrot, peas, ham, chives, oil, and vinegar in bowl and toss well.

Serve the salad with bread.
