Ingredients
Potatoes - 1½ pounds
Milk - ¼ cup, you can choose non-fat milk
Salt – to taste
Method
Wash the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
Add in some salt, and bring it to boil for 25 minutes until the
potatoes are tender.
Drain it. Mash the potatoes while hot until no lumps remain.
Pour in hot milk and continue to mash until the potatoes are smooth
and fluffy. Serves 4.
