Fish Fillets with Curry Dip Recipe

Ingredients

 

cornflakes crumbs - 3 tbsp

wholemeal flour  - 2 tbsp

white fish fillets - 260g, boneless

egg white - 1

 

Curry dip

curry powder - 1/4 tsp

low-fat mayonnaise - 1/4 cup

 

Method

 

Preheat oven to 180˚C.

Cut fish into square chunks.

Dip the every pieces of fish in flour, making sure the fish are coated well.

Then dip into the egg white and finally into the cornflakes crumbs.

Arrange the fish pieces on the oven tray and cook for 10 minutes, then turn pieces over and cook for another 5 minutes.

Mix the curry ingredients together.

 

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Total cooking time: 15 minutes
