Fruity Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 

apple juice - 1/3 cup

dried apple - 4 rings

dried apricot - 3

dried prunes - 3

dried pear - 1

rice cakes - 2

low-far cottage cheese - 1/3 cup

 

Method

 

Mix together all dried fruits in a saucepan with apple juice and boil over moderate heat.

Cook 5 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Cool.

Place the cooled fruits in lunchbox with cheese.

Serve together with the rice cakes. Serve 1.
