Ingredients
Chicken breasts – 4, without skin and bones, cut into chunks
Salsa - ½ cup
Ground cumin - ½ tsp
Onion - ½ tsp
Sesame crackers – 1 cup, crushed
Milk – 3 tbsp
Ground red pepper and garlic - ¼ tsp each
Salad dressing – 1 cup, divided
Method
First preheat the oven to 425°.
Mix together milk, cumin, onion, red pepper, garlic, and ½ cup of
the salad dressing, blended well.
Dip the chicken into salad mixture then coat with the crushed sesame
crackers.
Place the chicken on greased foil-lined cookie sheet and bake 18-20
minutes.
Mix the salsa with the remaining salad dressing.
Serve the chicken nuggets with the sauce.
