Quick and easy to prepare and very appetizing because of the lemon flavor.
Ingredients - Serves Four
Juice of 1 large lemon
2 cloves garlic (sliced)
350 grams dried spaghetti
90 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta for 12 minutes until become tender. Add a little bit of salt to flavor. Drain the pasta well and set aside.
Add lemon juice, sliced garlic and olive oil over the pasta and add seasoning to taste.
Toss the pasta over low heat for 1 minute and serve warm.
