Spaghetti with Lemon Flavor Recipe

Quick and easy to prepare and very appetizing because of the lemon flavor.

 

Ingredients - Serves Four

  • Juice of 1 large lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced)

  • 350 grams dried spaghetti

  • 90 ml olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta for 12 minutes until become tender. Add a little bit of salt to flavor. Drain the pasta well and set aside.

  • Add lemon juice, sliced garlic and olive oil over the pasta and add seasoning to taste.

  • Toss the pasta over low heat for 1 minute and serve warm.
