Ingredients
Pumpkin seeds – 1 pumpkin
Worcestershire sauce
Butter – 3 tbsp
Salt
Method
Rinse the pumpkin seeds.
Melt the butter in a pan and add in Worcestershire sauce. Mix well
with the seeds.
Spread the seeds on a baking sheet and sprinkle some salt.
Bake the seeds for 15-20 minutes at 350°, stirring frequently, until
the seeds are crispy.
You can also do the step reverse. First, toast the seeds in oven
until it crisp, then toss with melt butter and salt.
