Ingredients
Pecan -1 can
Cinnamon - ½ tsp
Egg white – 1
Water – 1 tsp
Sugar - ½ cup
Salt – to taste
Method
Beat the egg white, add water and beat until frothy.
Fold in pecans.
Mix together cinnamon, sugar and salt. Add to pecans and mix well.
Pour the nuts into a buttered pan and bake for an hour at 250°F.
