Cheese Fingers Recipe

 

Ingredients

 

wholemeal bread - 2 slices

dried chives - 1/2 tsp, chopped

onion powder - sprinkle of

tomato sauce - 1 tbsp

mozzarella cheese - 1/3 cup, grated

 

Method

 

Mix chives, sauce, cheese and a very light sprinkle of onion powder in a bowl.

Preheat the griller, toast one side of the bread, spread tomato mixture on the untoasted side of bread.

Grill the bread until the cheese melted. Cut into fingers and serve. Serves 1-2.

 

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Total cooking time: 5 minutes
