Ingredients
Chicken breasts – 4, without skin and bone
Lemon – cut into wedges
Parmesan – grated
Eggs – 2, lightly beaten
Butter - ½ cup
Bread crumbs - 1½ cup
Method
Slice the chicken into strips, dip the chicken strips into the
beaten eggs then into the bread crumbs.
Heat the pan and melt ½ of the butter. Cook the chicken until it
crisp on each side.
When the chicken is cooked, drained it on paper towel.
Serve the chicken on a dish and serve with lemon wedges.
