Ingredients
Peanuts – 1 cup, shelled
Butter - ¼ cup
Popped corn – 6 cup
Honey - ½ cup
Method
First, heat the shortening and honey in a pan until it blended.
Leave to cool.
Mix the popcorn and peanuts together.
Pour the honey over the popcorn mixture, keep stirring when pour.
Until it well coated.
Spread the mixture on a pan, bake 5-10 minutes at 350° until it
crisp, keep stirring. Be careful not overcook until it burnt.
