Ingredients
Butter – 2 tbsp
Fish flakes in can – prefer use tuna
Saltine crackers - ½ sleeve, crushed
Mushrooms in can – 1, small can, drained
Egg – 1, beaten
Oil
Method
First, melt the butter in the frying pan over medium heat.
Pour the fish flakes (including the juice) into a bowl, stir the
flakes so that it break into pieces.
Add in the beaten egg and mushrooms, stir well.
Add the crackers, mix well.
Using hands, make the fish mixture into bite-size balls and then
flatten it to make patties.
Heat the oil, and fry the fish until brown on both sides.
Serve the fish cake with sauce and vegetables.
