These crispy cheese slices make an
unusual and tasty snack. They must be cooked just before serving.
Ingredients
Method

Slice the mozzarella cheese into
slices. Pat off any excess moisture with kitchen paper.

Heat oil to 180˚C. Beat the eggs
in a bowl. Spread some seasoned flour on a plate and some
breadcrumbs on another plate.

Press the cheese slices into the
flour, coating them evenly, dip into the egg, then into the
breadcrumbs.

Fry immediately in the hot oil
until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Repeat the same
steps with the remaining cheese. Drain on kitchen paper.

Serve hot. Garnish with parsley.
