Ingredients
Potatoes – 6, medium size
Butter - ¼ cup
Onion – 1, chopped
Parsley – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Method
Boiled the potatoes together with their skins, then diced.
Heat the frying pan, pour the butter and then the potatoes into the
pan.
Add in the onion, parsley and salt.
Cook the potatoes over a medium heat, until both sides are brown.
Serve 4-6.
