Although not as hot as the Mexico
version, This is still quite a fiery stuff!
Ingredients

ripe avocados - 2, peeled and stoned

tomatoes - 2, peeled, seeded and
chopped

fresh coriander - 1 tbsp, chopped

spring onions - 6, chopped

ground black pepper and salt
-
fresh chilies - 2, seeded and chopped

lime or lemon juice - 2 tbsp

coriander sprigs - to garnish
Method

First, put the avocados halves
into a large bowl and mash them roughly.

Then, add remaining ingredients
into the bowl.

Mix well and season with pepper
and salt, garnished with fresh coriander.

Serve together with crispy nachos.
