Ingredients
Tortillas – 2 dozen, prefer taco size
Jalapeno peppers – 1 can, sliced
Cheese – 2 packs, sliced
Chili powder – to taste
Milk - ¾ cup
Method
Cut the tortillas into triangle shape.
Heat oil, cook the tortillas until golden brown.
Mix the cheese and milk in a pan and cook until they melted.
Add in chili powder, mix well and pour over the nachos, decorate
with peppers. Serve.
