Tofu Kebab with roasted peanuts Recipe

Crispy on the out side but soft at heart is how you feel when you bite on this cubed tofu which provides plenty of flavor along with the pepper and Thai garlic chili sauce.

 

Ingredients (serves four)

  • 2 blocks of firm tofu

  • 50 grams roasted peanuts

  • 2 red and 2 green bell peppers (quartered and seeded)

  • Thai garlic chili sauce

Method

  • Cut each tofu into 8 small cubes then coat with roasted peanuts and little bit of pepper.

  • Thread peppers and tofu cubes onto four skewers and place them on a grill rack.

  • Apply litter bit of cooking oil or butter on the kebabs and grill for 15 minutes. Turning them often to prevent scorching.

  • Transfer kebabs on to a late and serve with Thai garlic chili sauce.
