Ingredients (serves four)
Method

Bring beef stock
to a boil in a deep sauce pot, add pasta and simmer with low
heat until pasta is cooked to the right softness. Taste to
confirm it.

Add seasoning to
taste and off the heat.

Place chopped red
pepper into the bowl then add hot pasta to it. Top with shaved
parmesan cheese and serve warm.
