Pasta in Broth Recipe

Ingredients (serves four)

  • 75 grams dried pasta

  • 1.2 liters of beef stock

  • 2 pieces roasted red pepper (finely diced)

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • shaved parmesan cheese

Method

  • Bring beef stock to a boil in a deep sauce pot, add pasta and simmer with low heat until pasta is cooked to the right softness. Taste to confirm it.

  • Add seasoning to taste and off the heat.

  • Place chopped red pepper into the bowl then add hot pasta to it. Top with shaved parmesan cheese and serve warm.
