Ingredients

2 cans fat-free refried beans

½ lb ground turkey (cooked and drain)
white tenderloin skinless

3 cups non-fat mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated non-fat cheddar cheese

1 16 oz. jar taco sauce

4 oz. can chopped green chilies

1 cut fat-free chicken broth

1 large onion, diced
Method

Brown diced onion in chicken
broth. Add cooked ground turkey. Stir refried beans into turkey
mixture.

Spread into a 9 X 13 inches dish
that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Sprinkle
green chilies over top of turkey-bean mixture. Spread ½ of
cheese over it.

Pour taco sauce over cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 400°F for 20-25
minutes.

Serve with low-fat tortilla chips
or homemade low-fat chips.
